著力構建“1141”服務業新體系，即：突出“科技服務”一個科技引領產業，做優“文化旅游”一個特色名片產業，壯大“物流商貿、現代金融、商務服務、健康醫療”四個價值賦能產業，夯實“數字服務”一個服務基石產業，聚力打造全省高端服務要素配置重要集聚地、全國服務業與工業賦能融合新示范、世界級文化旅游休閑目的地城市。現有浪潮軟件、泰盈科技、軍輝勞務、村鳥網絡科技、前程似錦人力資源等多家行業龍頭企業，8個省級服務業創新中心，5個省現代服務業集聚區，2家省級生產性服務業領軍企業，路德新材料、魯普耐特、瑞福鋰業、普瑞特機械等4個省級“兩業融合”發展試點，一批高端應用軟件、數轉智改案例和工業互聯網平臺。下一步，將持續推動“1141”產業發展，加快生產性服務業向專業化和價值鏈高端延伸、生活性服務業向高品質和多元化發展。
Modern Service Industry: Committing to build the new system known as “1141”for the service industry, which emphasizes technology services as leading industry, enhances “cultural tourism”as a distinct flagship industry, strengthen the“logistics and trade, modern finance, business services, and healthcare” four sectors as value empowering industry, consolidating the “digital services”as a foundational service industry. Focusing on creating a crucial hub for high-end service elements aggregation across the province, building a service and manufacturing integration pilot base, and to develop a world-class cultural tourism leisure destination. Currently, there are several industry leading enterprises such as Inspur Software, Taiying Technology Group Co.,Ltd, Junhui Labor Service, Cun Niao Network Technology, and Qianchengsijin Human Resources, 8 provincial service innovation centers, 5 provincial modern service industry clusters, 2 provincial productive service leading enterprises, 4 provincial “two industries integration”development pilots companies including Shandong Road New Material, Ropenet Group, Ruifu Lithium, and Prettech. A batch of high-end application software companies, digital transformation and technological upgrading examples and industrial internet platform. Next, we will continue to promote the development of the “1141” industries, accelerating the professionalization and high-end extension of productive service industrics, as well as diversified and high quality development of the lifestyle service industry.
